Specific Content of your Role
The nature of We Are Social’s business requires a high level of flexibility, common sense and versatility. While the specific content of your role is clearly defined, the nature of the demands placed on us and the creativity of our campaigns means that the role will evolve over time and needs a ‘can do’ approach to picking projects up and making them happen.
We expect you to show confidence and competence in some key areas and the attached document will explain these in more detail.

Able to work with Art Directors to craft an inspiring and clear deck to present work
Creative Contribution and Craft
Assist in producing big social ideas, ultimately, delivering world-class campaigns that are powered by people.
Able to deliver copy in the correct tone of voice and on brand
Ability to write successful campaign copy
Participate in the creative briefing process, providing insight
Accountable for delivery of outstanding copy that is high quality and on time
Actively participate in and contribute to success in new business pitches.
On top of writing campaigns, ensure that the final concept and tone is cared for across every execution (of an idea). Staying ‘on’ until the end of a campaign ensures its success
Ability to provide copy for editorial content for websites & EDMs.
Ability to write for YouTube, Vines, Instagram shorts and FB/Twitter videos providing proposal/opinion on direction, flow and delivery.
Calm under pressure and with a capacity to manage many projects simultaneously
